Shipping Policy

Standard Shipping within the United States:

  1. Processing Time: Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.

  2. Shipping Time: Standard shipping within the United States typically takes 10-14  business days for delivery. However, please note that shipping times may vary based on the destination and carrier's delivery schedule.

  3. Shipping Method: We use reliable and reputable shipping carriers to deliver orders within the United States. Tracking information will be provided once the order has been shipped, allowing you to track the shipment's progress.

International Shipping:

  1. Processing Time: Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.

  2. Shipping Time: International shipping times may vary depending on the destination country and customs processing. On average, international shipping takes up to 15 business business days for delivery. However, please be aware that unforeseen delays at customs can extend the shipping time.

  3. Shipping Method: We use trusted international shipping partners to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your order. Tracking information will be provided, but please note that not all countries may have complete tracking capabilities once the package has left the United States.

Shipping Costs:

  1. Domestic Shipping (United States): Shipping costs for standard shipping within the United States will be calculated based on the order weight and destination at the time of checkout. Free shipping may be offered for orders above a certain value.

  2. International Shipping: International shipping costs will be calculated based on the order weight, destination country, and shipping method chosen at the time of checkout. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their respective countries.

Order Tracking:

For both domestic and international shipments, customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once the order has been dispatched. You can use this tracking number to monitor the shipment's progress on the carrier's website.

Address Accuracy:

Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delayed or lost shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Signature is required in order to complete delivery.

Return Policy 

Thank you for shopping at USCULPT. We strive to provide you with high-quality machines and excellent customer service. As part of our commitment to transparency and fair practices, we want to clarify our return policy.

All Sales Are Final:

We have a strict "No Refund" policy, meaning that once a purchase is made, it is considered final, and we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or any other reason.

Exceptions:

Our "No Refund" policy is applicable to all products sold, except for the following situations:

Damaged or Defective Products: In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within [number of days] days of receiving your order. We will review your claim and, if applicable, provide a replacement.

Return Process:

For damaged, defective, or shipping error cases, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team at contact@shopusculpt.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, details of the issue, and any relevant photos to support your claim.

  2. Our team will assess your claim and provide further instructions on how to proceed.

Please note that we may request you to return the product(s) in question for inspection before processing any replacement.

Exclusions:

Limited Warranty:

All USCULPT machines come with a two-year warranty. We stand behind the quality of our products. However, all products are subject to normal wear and tear. Our "No Refund" policy does not cover damages resulting from misuse, accidents, negligence, improper care, or natural wear and tear.
